8 hours Basic principles for business economics
8 hours Support for Administration and Controlling incl. reporting
8 hours Quality management
4 hours Sustainable environmental protection and business policy
8 hours Contract law
8 hours Human resources and staff development incl. payroll accounting
8 hours Company formation (general condition and legal form)
8 hours Business-plan development
8 hours Financing incl. subsidies (and application)
8 hours Public and private insurances
8 hours Acquisition/Marketing/Networking
6 hours Negotiation
4 hours Repitition and examens preparation

A lesson contains of 45 minutes.
There will be 5 - 15 participants taking part

We prepare you comprehensively for your job, so
you will be able to communicate your knowledge
under commitment of your own experiences and
your own knowledge to your customers.
Ideal for your job as business consultant would be a
university degree (management consulting) or a
business economics or a commercial education
(preparatory training) certificate. We will give you
additional fundaments "to polish your last activities".
Our three weeks courses (or alternative six full-time
weekends) with overall 112 lessons plus a two hours
examination with a practical and a written part will
end with our Institute's certificate after you
succeeded the tests. After your successful
examination it will be our pleasure to arrange (as by
our institute recommended) a two weeks practical
training-time within a partner company.
